In previous article i wrote that Blackberry without BIS BES is nothing. I think that is still true, because Blackbery device is design to collaborate with BIS and BES service to get satisfation in service such as browsing, email and chatting. Altough we can subscribe BIS and BES service monthly, weekly, and daily, some of mobile subscribers have several reasons not using BIS for their Blackberry.
