When you are using your mobile phones for an important call to your business partner, friends or maybe your girlfriend and suddenly having phone signal drop. This is technical issues in mobile operator network which can make dropped calls during mobile phone usage. In telecommunication world, the quality of voice service specified by two factors : GOS ( Grade of Service ) and QOS ( Quality of Service ). The Grade of Service can be measured using different sections of a network. When a call is routed from one end to another, it will pass through several exchanges. Sometimes they are mixed to wireless mobile. But the question we should ask is there any different between wireless and mobile ? |
