For you a blackberry user and use Blackberry Internet Service ( BIS ), maybe you feel that your current blackberry service is not make you satisfied or unworthed service. Sometimes when you want to buy new blackberry you afraid that your new blackberry PIN already registered as previous user in an operator.

If you get success doing that steps, you can use your new SIM card to start using your new BIS service. Here we get two major things in BIS service : blackberry PIN and SIM card. PIN is for your blackberry operator service and SIM card is for your mobile operator network access.
You can start registering your new SIM card by following instruction in your new mobile operator using SMS or through USSD. Just plug out your battery to do hard reset after registeration process.
