For you who has limited internal memory in Blackberry, and you feel that your Blackberry phone’s performance is slow, just follow these tips from blackberry user in the world.
One cause of decreasing your blackberry performance is that you have too many trash, unused running program and installed in your blackberry phone. For example, blackberry user often open some applications and forgot to close it. The most application which run together are BlackBerry Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, GoogleTalk, etc. They need big memory in your blackberry phone.
I use Blackberry 8310 and it only has 64 MB internal memory. So how to manage your blackberry phone when you feel it becomes slow ?
The most cause is you have many application run in same time, you never clean up your log event, or you install too many application or languages in your blackberry phone. Here are some tips you can try, i get it from blackberry FAQ and some tips in forum :
First check your file free in your blackberry phone to see how free your internal memory. This is very useful before you do the final way to do Soft reset or hard reset in your blackberry device. Very wise doing optimization before do final way 
Just compare to your blackberry, how many Mega Bytes you have in internal memory.
To do this you can select Option >> Status and see “File Free” status like this picture :

If your feel any decrease file free, for example reach nearly your internal memory, just follow this suggestion steps to free and manage them.
Remove call logs
You can go to messages application and select blackberry menu, then select view folder and Phone Call Logs. You can do delete prior to delete all phone log messages.

Cache Cleaning
Choose your browser application >> choose menu and option >> choose cache operations and then clear what you want there. Please see picture below :

Event Log Cleaning
This is very useful to clear your event log in your blackberry phone. Every events will be logged in this directory.
In your Homescreen just hold on button ALT and then press L-G-L-G in sequences until you find out like this

Delete unused application
You can manage your installed application like additional language or another application. Just choose Options >> Advanced Options >> Applications like this picture :

And delete application you want, just restart your blackberry phone after selecting and deleting unused application.

Memory Cleaner
This is to make your automatic icon in your homescreen. Just go to Options —> Security Options —> Memory Cleaning like this picture :

After that make status become enable, and set “Show Icon on Home Screen” become Yes.

After that you can click return button ( like rounded arrow) beside your trackball and save changes made. You will see new icon in your home screen for memory cleaning.

Soft Reset
If you in urgent because your blackberry phone’s already hang out, just do soft reset before do hard reset. To do this just press button ALT + Caps/aA + del together.
It will restart your blackberry phone. If you still confuse, just see the picture below :

Hard Reset
Just pull out your battery, and let it for 3 minutes to make sure there is no electricity left in your blackberry phone. After that just put back your battery and turn it on to use again your blackberry. This is final way, and not recommended as long as you can manage your internal memory using above ways.
