Bakrie Telecom as an CDMA operator in Indonesia launch SMS Features for its Products called Esia in December, 23rd 2009. They are SMS Forward and SMS Auto Reply.
With SMS Forward feature, an Esia customer can forward incoming SMS that comes to him/ her to another number. This is very useful when your number cannot be reached because some reasons such as when your phone will be in low battery, or you will go to some areas which cannot be reached, or you have many numbers you should maintenance so you just read SMS in one mobile phone, and other reasons which make you will try this feature.
I think there is SMS Forward application such as in Symbian operating system, or in Windows Mobile platform. But it just works in client side, so it works in mobile phone customers. It means your mobile phones should be in active to make it works fine.
With Esia SMS Forward you don’t need to make your active, reachable to make the SMS Forward function works fine. It can be done because this feature running in server, more precisely it works in SMS Center side.
How about in SMS Auto Reply ? When you activate this, your will auto reply message from your mobile phones when you get incoming messages. You can set your own content SMS Auto Reply with 150 characters maximum length.
So, when I send SMS text message to your number, I will get message Auto Reply, and you still can get my original messages.It is very useful to tell somebody about yourself at that moment.
When you are a busy man, and need take a rest you can send message auto reply to warn your partners or friends for waiting you and send SMS you back in the next time.

After sending registeration SMS to 868, you will get SMS confirmation whether the feature is successfully active or not.
You will be charged for one time charging like the table above, and charged Rp 1,1 per character for every reply SMS sent and SMS forward to another number.
If you have a bonus SMS, service charging will be deducted from your main balance first while per leg charging ( Rp 1,1 / char ) will be deducted from your SMS bonus, and next wil be deducted from your main balance after no bonus SMS left.
After activating SMS Auto reply and SMS Forward, default message will be sent in any condition to all number you defined. But for you note, this feature only can be used for your home or original number. If you have roaming number, this feature can be used. Beause Bakrie Telecom just has Fixed Wireless Access ( FWA ) liensed, this feature only applied for your home based number.
The good news is you can activate those feature together, so you can tell somebody who sends SMS to you by Auto Reply SMS and Forward the SMS text message to another number.
Finally a mobile subscriber will get any notification about information that their SMS Auto Reply still active. This notification will be sent once a day. Okay, just try and report it back if any concern to discuss, i will help you to make it becomes your lovely feature..
